Privacy, in plain words

What we collect

• The list. When you join the list, we collect your name and email address, plus your phone number, the number of kids, and their ages if you choose to share them. We never ask for children's names.
• Inquiries. When you send a DJ, vendor, or sponsor inquiry, we collect what you type into the form so we can reply.
• Email. If you email us, we keep the conversation so we can help you.

Why we collect it

To tell you about upcoming Tiny Rave parties and ticket sales, and to answer your questions. We send one email per event. We do not sell your details or share them for anyone else's marketing.

Where it is kept

• Forms on this site are processed by our website host, Netlify.
• Our email list is sent through Mailchimp.
• Tickets are sold through Eventbrite, which collects your order and payment details under its own privacy policy.
• The waiver and media release is a Google Form, stored in our Google account.

Photos and video

We photograph and film our parties. The waiver and media release that every family completes covers how those images may be used. If you would like a photo of your family taken down from this site, email us and we will remove it.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use advertising cookies or analytics trackers, and its fonts are served from this site. Links to Eventbrite, Google Forms, Instagram, and Spotify open those services, which have their own policies.

Your choices

Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. To see, correct, or delete the details we hold about you, email hi@tinyrave.co and we will take care of it.
